1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DabbaGo website or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription & Payments

DabbaGo offers weekly and monthly subscription plans. Payments are made in advance. You authorize DabbaGo to charge your chosen payment provider for the subscription amount. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled or paused.

4. Food Quality & Allergies

We prioritize hygiene and quality. However, DabbaGo is not liable for any allergic reactions to ingredients. Users must specify any allergies during their taste profile setup, and we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

5. Limitation of Liability

DabbaGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service.
